Local-first conversational evidence
Your AI conversations are becoming a record. Make that record usable.
Corpus Engine brings ChatGPT and Claude conversation exports onto your own computer and turns them into a searchable, traceable archive. The history stays local. You can search what was said, keep the chronology, read the surrounding context, and follow a result back to the source. It is a record of evidence, not a vague recollection.
The problem
Months of AI conversations hold reasoning, decisions, research, and personal history. The useful parts get buried. Corpus Engine does not manufacture memory, and it does not claim to understand a life or a body of work. It recovers what was recorded, where that record came from, and when it happened.
How it works
01
Preserve
Import ChatGPT and Claude exports while retaining the original source record.
02
Retrieve
Search exact language, recover related material, and restore surrounding context.
03
Inspect
Follow results back to their conversations, chronology, and available evidence.
What it helps recover
- How did this essay become what it is?
- What decision did we make, and why?
- When did this idea or rule first appear?
- What did I record, and when?
- Which source changed the direction of the work?
- Did the same pattern appear across several conversations?
